Our hearts go out to BJ, Rosie’s devoted owner. Rosie passed away peacefully in BJ’s arms on January 10, 2017. Rosie lived with BJ all her life. She would have been 17 years old on February. Rosie has been charming Doggedly Devoted staff, clients, and social media followers for the past year and half since she moved to Harlem.
In this workshop dogs and their humans will have the opportunity to become familiar with some pieces of agility equipment, including jumps, a tire obstacle, a tunnel, and pause table. This workshop is for dogs that are about 30 pounds and under. A relaxed class format will allow dogs to move at their own pace, and limited enrollment means that each team will have plenty of time at each piece of equipment....
We were shocked and saddened to hear from Cole’s family that Cole passed away yesterday, December 26, 2016. After a trip to the vet for an upset tummy, Cole had been diagnosed just before Christmas with lymphoma, and his deterioration was rapid and surprising. Cole was truly a delight and a good. Our hearts go out to his family, Diana, Justin, Jose Manuel, and to his “grandma” Ismelda. Cole was beloved by family and friends, and he is going to be sorely missed....
To celebrate National Train Your Dog Month, join Doggedly Devoted owner and certified dog trainer Megan Coryat for a basic or intermediate obedience class at Doggedly Devoted. Basic Obedience will be a 5-week class for dogs and their humans Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm, January 4 through February 1. The cost for the course is $245. Registration is now open. We had so much fun on our first field trip that we decided to do it again! Doggedly Devoted Manager Stacey will be leading this field trip to Harriman State Park on Friday, December 16. Attendees will get to hike with her in this beautiful state park and walk off those extra holiday treats! This trip is open only to our currently enrolled daycare dogs, and because of the ground we will cover, we cover it might not be appropriate for our tinier dogs....
