Our associates are trained in playroom management skills, including positive reinforcement training for dogs, observing canine body language, and pet first aid and CPR. Prior experience in group play is not required, but a cool head in intense situations, active interest in learning, and reliability are. Also, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and tolerance for cleaning up (sometimes lots of) pee and poop are musts.
